I have a Bachelor’s degree in English and I am more than happy to help you with your Swedish!
I live and work in the charming Swedish city of Falun. I have daily and direct contact with the language, which makes me more familiar with current language trends, vocabulary, and phrases used in everyday communication.
I would be happy to share my experience with you, talk about the culture and customs in Sweden, and give you tips on how to find accommodation or get a personal identification number or how to invite a Swede for dinner.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
I will introduce you to the world of the Swedish language, we will learn Swedish sounds, words, basic grammatical structures, expressions. After this course, you will be able to function in Swedish everyday life. You will be able to talk about your apartment, order lunch at a restaurant, rent an apartment, make an appointment or see a doctor, and much, much more.
WHAT MATERIALS WILL WE USE?
The lessons are tailored to your needs. In my work, I rely mainly on textbooks, my own materials made in Canva, all enriched with authentic Swedish from movies, TV series, podcasts and from … the street!
Booster
FOR THOSE WHO:
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
During the lessons, we will expand vocabulary, enrich your language with authentic expressions used by Swedes on a daily basis, slang, and idioms. These classes are mainly based on conversations and pronunciation practice.
WHAT MATERIALS WILL WE USE?
First, I will check what YOU need, what YOUR priorities are, and then I select materials.
At levels from B1, we usually work with articles from Swedish newspapers, podcasts, Swedish TV series, and stand-up comedy. This does not mean that I don’t bring grammar textbooks to the table if I see the need.
